We specialise in a diverse range of property valuations services, including stamp duty, family law, estate administration, bailment and insurance. With over 20 years of industry experience, we have developed an extensive understanding and database of properties in the Sydney region, enabling us to provide a professional, efficient and accurate valuation service. Access Valuations has the expertise, experience and administrative capability necessary to ensure that all client expectations and requirements are met. Simon Azar
Managing Director & Owner
Since 1998, Simon has undertaken over 6000 valuations throughout Sydney and regional NSW. As a Registered Real Estate Valuer and Fellow Member of the Australian Property Institute, Simon has extensive experience in a range of valuation areas, including residential, commercial, industrial and rural real estate, as well as acting as the single expert in various court rulings on property disputes. Simon is also experienced in compulsory acquisition matters for both private landowners and organisations, recently acting for the Federal Government in the Badgerys Creek airport site dispute.
