In the case of stamp duty valuations, the Office of State Revenue will require a signed original copy of the valuation report from a registered valuer, while an independent specialised valuation report is useful for property dispute mediation and court proceedings. In the case of specialised areas within valuations such as easements, relevant experience and knowledge of current legislation is also required for a successful result. Our valuers are continuously nominated by two disputing parties to act as the single expert, and are available for court appearances in an expert witness capacity.
